Chris joined the firm in June 2014, and is the lead litigation attorney in the firm’s creditor rights department.  Practicing in Las Vegas since 2008, Chris has extensive experience representing creditors, including banks, credit card companies, insurance companies, landlords, auto lenders, debt buyers, contractors and media companies. He is involved in all phases of collection litigation throughout the State of Nevada.  Chris is knowledgeable in the various laws that effect debt collection in Nevada specifically, including Chapter 97A and Chapter 604A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, along with the Uniform Commercial Code. 

Chris has significant courtroom experience, regularly appearing in front of Judges throughout Clark County, and has successfully brought collection actions to trial on behalf of his clients.  Recently, Chris tried a collection action in Washoe County dealing with asserted defenses of identity theft and alleged Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations. Chris diffused the debtors defenses  and received a Judgment on behalf of his client for the full amount of the debt, plus interest, court costs and attorney fees.
